Walk to the nearest wall, turn around and back up towards it. Make sure that your heels, the back of your legs, buttocks, entire back, shoulders, and back of the head are all making contact with the wall. YES THIS IS AN EXAGGERATED POSTURE but hold this position for at least 15 seconds. Breathe. Then take a step out. Notice your head up and chest out, and allow your body to move in this posture for as long as you can. Try this a few times during the day if you are seated or slouched for long periods of time.
