Ariella Meinhard is the Clinical Director of Mahaya Health Services, where she offers individual and group psychotherapy, as well as clinical supervision. With a strong foundation in community health work and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ariella is deeply inspired by the mind-body connection. She conducts her practice in a way that gently guides her clients toward expanded awareness and deeper healing.

Holding a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Ariella is certified in Internal Family Systems Therapy, Attachment-Focused Psychotherapy, Active Dreamwork, and Family Constellations. Her therapeutic approach is informed by over a decade of clinical practice in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as several years of living abroad, where she explored yoga and mindfulness meditation.

Guided by the integrative and holistic community health model that inspired her as a young professional, Ariella continues to collaborate with other healthcare practitioners. This collaborative approach further evolves Mahaya Health Services, offering patients a range of mind-body therapies that work synergistically to optimize healing.

As a psychotherapist, Ariella finds deep fulfillment in the transformative and collaborative nature of her work. Her passion drives her to cultivate profound spiritual and energetic connections with her clients, herself, and the world around her. Through fostering trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship, Ariella helps her clients gain new perspectives on their lives and make meaningful shifts that lead to greater confidence, joy, and compassion—for themselves and others.
