Sachi Koziol
CST, Holistic Health Practitioner
Sachi is a dedicated holistic health practitioner with a background in both conventional and alternative healthcare, trained in Japan and Canada. Her diverse professional journey has led her to specialize in Shiatsu and Family Constellations, integrating her deep knowledge of bodywork, lifelong interest in psychology, and experience in healthcare to offer a comprehensive approach to well-being.
With a foundation as a psychiatric nurse, Sachi understands the profound mind-body connection and the importance of building rapport with both patients and their families. Her shift to the field of preventative health and traditional medicine naturally guided her toward Shiatsu and acupuncture practices. Sachi’s experience as a parent has broadened her perspective, deepening her understanding of cultural and generational influences on health and wellness.
Through her studies in thanatology and grief work, she also recognizes the vital importance of spiritual care, offering support to those navigating transition and loss. Her practice is informed by Buddhist philosophy and Ancestral Medicine, with special training in Grief Ritual Leadership (Entering the Healing Ground).
Sachi’s holistic approach combines physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual elements to foster a balanced, grounded, and healing experience for her clients. Whether through bodywork, grief tending, or ancestral wisdom in Family Constellations, she offers a space for individuals to explore their wellness journey with understanding and care.
