SEP, CST, RYT

I bring both lived experience and over 20 years of professional practice to this work. My own healing journey continues to shape how I listen and how I touch – with patience, steadiness and deep respect for the body’s timing and innate wisdom. For more than a decade, I supported individuals living with complex mental health challenges, including those who with recurrent suicide attempts. While approaches such as CBT and DBT informed my early clinical work, I sensed something essential was missing. This quiet knowing drew me toward therapies that work more directly with the nervous system and the body’s natural capacity to heal. My work now integrates Somatic Experiencing®, SE TouchTM, Craniosacral Therapy and other gentle, body-based approaches. I work primarily with folks living with the imprint of developmental and complex trauma, offering a space that is unhurried, carefully paced and deeply attuned. A space where your nervous system can begin - in its own way and time - to rediscover safety, regulation and trust. You don’t need to have the right words, or a clear plan for where to begin. You are welcome to come exactly as you are.
