Bridgette is a Reiki Master with a deep love for sustainable healing and guiding the body to heal itself. She is a Meditation Teacher on Insight Timer and certified Usui Reiki Practitioner (CRA-RP) in good standing, recognized by the Canadian Reiki Association.

As a fourth-generation healer with a long career in equity, inclusion, disability, wellbeing, and psychological safety for teams, she’s known for holding safe spaces for many to bring their full selves from spiritual seekers to business leaders. She brings care, clear structure, and a grounded sense of presence. She believes healing begins with remembering who you are and learning how to hold all of those parts with love.
