Amanda Jaeger
ND
As a Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Jaeger uses traditional and evidence-informed natural therapies with modern functional medicine diagnostics to help patients connect the dots between how they feel and what’s happening beneath the surface. With a particular passion for interpreting blood work, she seeks to uncover subtle patterns that are often overlooked and to screen for physiological drivers behind mental and emotional dis-ease.
Her philosophy of care honours how the body, mind, spirit and environment impact the expression of one’s health and wellness. Her practice focuses on whole-person care by building solid foundations in diet, gut health, sleep, stress management, and physical activity. This approach is rooted in the naturopathic principle that the body has an innate capacity to heal, restore, and maintain health once obstacles are removed.
Grounded in compassion and curiosity, Dr. Jaeger is dedicated to fostering a safe space, free from judgment, where patients of all identities feel truly seen and celebrated. In each visit, she strives to create insight, connection, and clear guidance to support restored health and vitality. She believes that healthcare should always feel collaborative and empowering, because true healing happens when you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.
Dr. Jaeger obtained her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM, Toronto) in 2017. She is licensed in Ontario by the North American Board of Naturopathic Examiners (NABNE) and College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) and is an active member of both the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
