Amanda Jaeger

ND

As a Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Jaeger combines traditional and evidence-informed natural therapies with modern functional medicine diagnostics, helping patients connect the dots between how they feel and what's happening beneath the surface. She has a particular passion for interpreting blood work, uncovering subtle patterns that are often overlooked and screening for physiological drivers behind mental and emotional distress. Her philosophy of care honours the ways body, mind, spirit, and environment shape the expression of health. Her practice centres on whole-person care, building solid foundations in diet, gut health, sleep, stress management, and physical activity — an approach rooted in the naturopathic principle that the body has an innate capacity to heal, restore, and maintain health once obstacles are removed.

Grounded in compassion and curiosity, Dr. Jaeger is dedicated to fostering a safe, judgment-free space where patients of all identities feel truly seen. In each visit she aims to offer insight, connection, and clear guidance in support of restored health and vitality. She believes healthcare should feel collaborative and empowering, because real healing happens when you feel heard, understood, and supported at every step. Dr. Jaeger earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto in 2017. She is licensed in Ontario by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), having completed the NPLEX board examinations administered by the North American Board of Naturopathic Examiners (NABNE), and is an active member of both the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
