Samantha Neslon
Registered Psychotherapist
Samantha is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering collaborative, compassionate, depth-oriented therapy. She believes therapy can provide a space to slow down, become curious, and develop a more honest relationship with oneself. She works with a range of concerns, including anxiety, identity, relationship issues, grief, health concerns, and life transitions.
Samantha is inspired by psychoanalytic thought and its focus on the unconscious motivations and patterns that shape how we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Her practice is somatic-informed, trauma-informed, and rooted in mindfulness. Her work is also informed by transpersonal psychology and nondual perspectives, which recognize that beneath our pain, conflicts, and psychological patterns is an inherent wholeness that does not need to be created or earned.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, Samantha spent many years working in the corporate world. She deeply values creating a therapeutic space where individuals can feel genuinely met, with room to explore both what is happening now and the deeper patterns that may be shaping their experiences.
