Ariella Meinhard is the Clinical Director of Mahaya Health Services, where she offers individual and group psychotherapy as well as clinical supervision. With a strong foundation in community health work and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ariella is deeply inspired by the mind-body connection, and she practices in a way that gently guides clients toward expanded awareness and deeper healing.
Ariella holds a Master's degree in Social Work and is certified in Internal Family Systems Therapy, Attachment-Focused Psychotherapy, Active Dreamwork, and Family Constellations. Her therapeutic approach is informed by over a decade of clinical practice in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as several years living abroad, where she explored yoga and mindfulness meditation.
Guided by the integrative community health model that inspired her as a young professional, Ariella continues to collaborate with other healthcare practitioners — an approach that keeps Mahaya Health Services evolving, offering patients a range of mind-body therapies that work synergistically.
Ariella finds deep fulfillment in the transformative, collaborative nature of this work, and is drawn to cultivating meaningful spiritual and energetic connections with her clients, herself, and the world around her. By fostering trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship, she helps clients gain new perspectives on their lives and make meaningful shifts toward greater confidence, joy, and compassion — for themselves and for others.
