Kaitlin De Brabandere

M. OMSC

Kaitlin is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who supports recovery and balance through attentive, whole-body care. Her path to osteopathy began during a long recovery from chronic pain, when osteopathic manual therapy played a key role in restoring her ability to move freely and live fully. That experience led her to train at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, and she is a proud member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. Shaped by both personal and professional experience, Kaitlin's approach is intentional, thoughtful, and attuned to each person's needs and goals. She honours the body's resilience and its capacity to self-regulate, working with the understanding that healing is layered and rarely linear.

Her practice focuses on building lasting resiliency and well-being through a structural, whole-body approach, and she especially enjoys working with clients who are curious about the body's natural capacity for change and open to an integrative path forward. Outside the clinic, Kaitlin can often be found on the water, spending time outdoors, cooking, or making things by hand. These simple pleasures keep her grounded and inspired, and they echo naturally through her practice each day.
