Roseline Lambert

Registered Acupuncturist

Originally from Quebec, Roseline is passionate about the body-mind connection and driven by a single goal: finding and treating the root causes of illness. She practices Saam, a distinctive Korean four-needle technique grounded in the five elements. This holistic approach allows her to address the physical, mental, and emotional dimensions of health at the same time, making each treatment both highly targeted and deeply restorative.

Mental health is central to Roseline's practice. As a trauma-informed practitioner, she works in close collaboration with psychotherapists and loves empowering clients to take charge of their own healing. By addressing trauma directly, she helps them heal at a deeper level and develop stronger emotional boundaries. She regularly treats migraines, anxiety, PTSD, depression, and emotional or physical trauma.

Reproductive health is another area of focus. Roseline treats endometriosis, amenorrhea, painful periods, and related conditions, and offers fertility support, pregnancy and birth preparation, and care for postnatal dysregulation. She often incorporates complementary modalities such as moxibustion, cupping, tuina, and dietary guidance.

Roseline also loves working with children and teenagers. Her joyful personality, gentle approach, and delicate needling technique quickly earn the trust of young clients and their parents alike. She firmly believes that addressing trauma and health conditions early in life brings immense long-term benefits.

Before becoming an acupuncturist, Roseline pursued an opera career in Montréal, Toronto, and Europe. She now specializes in early music and performs with professional ensembles including Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra and Opera Atelier. Outside of her two careers, you'll find her salsa dancing, ice skating, swimming, or cycling around the city.
