Sachi Koziol
CST, Holistic Health Practitioner
Sachi is a dedicated holistic health practitioner with a background in both conventional and alternative healthcare, trained in Japan and Canada. Her varied professional path has led her to specialize in Shiatsu and Family Constellations, drawing together her knowledge of bodywork, her lifelong interest in psychology, and her clinical healthcare experience. Sachi began her career as a psychiatric nurse, work that gave her a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and the importance of building rapport with both patients and their families. Her move toward preventative health and traditional medicine led her naturally to Shiatsu and acupuncture. Her experience as a parent has further broadened her perspective, deepening her understanding of how culture and generational patterns shape health and wellness.
Through her studies in thanatology and grief work, Sachi has come to recognize the vital role of spiritual care, and she offers support to those navigating loss and transition. Her practice is informed by Buddhist philosophy and ancestral medicine, with specialized training in grief ritual leadership through Entering the Healing Ground. Whether through bodywork, grief tending, or the ancestral wisdom of Family Constellations, Sachi combines physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual elements to create a grounded, balanced space where clients can explore their own path toward wellness.
